'Authentic' seems to be the buzz word nowadays. Is 'authentic' always good, though? You can be an authentic thief or an authentic swindler. Bottomline is, you cannot 'fake' authenticity. I get suspicious whenever authenticity gets to be a goal in itself. Just BE it. Let your actions show your believes and motivations. PS For the record, my mouth waters in weather like this when I just hear the words Starbucks espresso truffle...
