Objective

To create a simple, HTML website that confers the Stuart Lammert brand as a leading international mergers and acquisitions firm.

Solution

After documenting the tactical requirements Stuart Lammert expected of their website we then clarified their strategic imperatives which included a better understanding of their business as a whole. Below is an except from our proposed brand audit outlining what we were looking to achieve clarity on:

It was only after this exercise that Stuart Lammert began recognizing the need to conduct an internal audit of their core values. This resulted in a reassessment of their internal vision as a company and drove their chosen tagline Ideas and Relationships in a Global World. The new tagline summarizes their strengths in "relationships" they have nurtured worldwide as well as their ability to provide unique ideas that benefit a wide range of clients.

This new vision was also the driving force behind how we approached their look and feel. We suggested they focus on the many industries they service as M&A specialists. Through the use of "cropped" photography, a sense of breadth is inescapable when browsing the website. The imagery is also intended to create a sense of mystery and intreague.

Next to fresh imagery, we suggested that client testimonials be a prominent part of their website seeing that referral from satisfied clients is their main form of business development. Having other client's praise placed next to descriptive copy makes it easier for potential clients to get more information from whatever page they may be browsing.
